Voices of Change in Cuba from the Non-State Sector

Starting in 2007, the Cuban government began to implement a series of transformations to "update" Cuba's socialist economic model. One of the most notable and lasting effects of these reforms has been the expansion of the non-state sector. Voices of Change in Cuba from the Non-State Sector captures the "voices" of the economic actors that constitute Cuba's emerging non-State sector, and uses field survey data to present a detailed account of the main challenges and opportunities they confront on a regular basis, their desired changes, and policy recommendations.
