Will the 21st Century Accept Cybernetics?

摘要

The paper concerns the importance of cybernetics for the development of natural sciences during the past half-century. The authors put emphasis on the contents of possible further development of cybernetics with respect to recent achievements in philosophy, psychology and information theory.
