Models of Perishable Queueing-Inventory System with Repeated Customers

Models of perishable queueing systems with repeated consume customers are proposed. A life time of inventory is assumed finite and with inventory the consume customers are serviced immediately but without it they can either leave the system or repeat some time later. Restocking time is a positive random quantity and restocking policy belongs to a class (s, S). There are developed exact and approximate methods for calculating basic characteristics of the proposed models. The results of numerical experiments are shown.
