Model of perishable queueing-inventory systems with multiple server vacations and impatient consume customers is considered. Live time of inventory is finite random quantity with exponential distribution function and customer's service times are positive ones. If the queue length is zero then server leave the system for vacations. Lead policy is (0, S) one and lead time is zero. The mathematical model of the analyzed system is demonstrated by three dimensional Markov chain. Numerical method based on hierarchical space merging algorithm to measure the QoS indicator of the analyzed model is developed. The numerical results of the experiments are also given.
