This paper seeks to investigate the differences in transfer passengers' perceptions of airport service quality at Incheon International AirportTo investigate the differences in passengers' perceptions, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was applied to data collected from the three major transfer passenger groups, namely, English, Chinese and Japanese-speaking people. The results reveal that transfer passengers' perceptions of airport service quality are significantly different according to differences in cultural backgrounds.
