In this bottled coffee, the world's first retortable cap with explosion-proof properties has been adopted. For hot-packed beverages such as a fruit juice, a cap with explosion-proof properties is usually adopted. However, for retorted beverages such as coffee for which hermetical sealability is needed for the sterilization process under high temperature and pressure, this is the first adoption of a cap with explosion-proof properties in the world.
