高齢者における「転居」が精神的健康にもたらす影響: 高齢者の街なか居住への適応に配慮した都市・住宅整備に関する研究

摘要

近年、多くの自治体では中心市街地活性化基本計画や住宅マスタ ープランなどに「街なか（中心市街地）」での居住に関する施策を位 置づけ、コンパクトシティを形成しようとしている。%The purpose of the study is to understand the influences of relocation on well-being of elderly people from the view point of the degree of satisfaction towards housing and living environment in order to promote reside in the central area of town. It is found that influences of relocation on well-being is expressed strongly (mainly) as solidarity. Also, well-being is influenced strongly by the individual attributes such as income level and ability of walk, and secondly by the degree of satisfaction towards communication and participation in the community.
