典型集落•野尻における居住空間変化と条里地割集落の居住域について: 近江平野野洲川下流域における条里地割と平地集落の空間形成に関する研究 その3

摘要

This study aims to clarify how the plain villages on the lower reaches of Yasu river had formed. Especially, the spatial transition of residential area with land allotment of Jyori-grid system is focused. The main conclusions are as follows. Although the urbanization has progressed, the traditional structure of the spatial forms is maintained because they are surrounded by preserved farmlands, roads have planned along the edges of Jyori-grid, and, the waterways are preserved in their original routes. The residential areas have been becoming dense. It has been changing with the road improvement of boundary part to the form opened outside.%以上、2つの集落に共通する特性として、昭和30年代中頃まで集落の形態は明治期から大きく変化していない。また昭和50年代はじめまでは工場立地や宅地開発により農地の転用が進み、居住域内部では住宅の建替え•新築が数多く行われているが、既存の居住域の部分の形態はほとんど変わっていない。
