A report released by the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) has raised further questions about the neutrality of the Chadian peacekeeping contingent in the Central African Republic (CAR). Chad has made a significant contribution to both the African-led International Support Mission to the CAR (MISCA) and the Multinational Force of Central Africa (FOMAC) peacekeeping force that it superseded on 19 December.
