San Diego's Interstate 15 High-Occupancy/Toll Lane Facility Using Value Pricing

This is the second in a series of reports discussing experience with High-Occupancy/Toll (HOT) Lane facilities and Value Pricing. The reports are sponsored by the ITE Task Force on HOT Lanes in the interest of making these new concepts better known and understood by the professional transportation community.
