TOLL CALCULATION SYSTEM, LANE CONTROLLER AT ENTRANCE LANE, LANE CONTROLLER AT EXIT LANE AND TOLL CALCULATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toll calculation system capable of charging a toll corresponding to a total travel distance of a vehicle even when the vehicle travels through toll roads each of which is run by a different operator, a lane controller at an entrance lane, a lane controller at an exit lane and a toll calculation method.;SOLUTION: The toll calculation system includes a determination part, a first calculation part and a second calculation part. The determination part determines whether a vehicle is a toll road connecting vehicle on the basis of the last exit lane through which the vehicle travelled when the vehicle approaches an entrance lane of a toll road. The first calculation part calculates a connection distance which indicates a total travel distance from a current virtual distance and a last virtual distance. The second calculation part calculates a total toll according to the connection distance and the type of the vehicle, and then a toll for the section of the toll road through which the vehicle has travelled this time by subtracting the last toll charged at the last used toll road from the total toll.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
