Hapag-Lloyd direct to Australia

Hapag-Lloyd is starting a direct service from Europe to Australia, with weekly departures, at the end of November, along with a partner. It will replace the previous ANS service. Twelve modern 2,800 teu ships with adequate reefer capacity will be deployed, and the round trip will take 84 days. The ports of call will be Tilbury, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Le Havre, La Spezia, Damietta, Fremantle, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Singapore, Port Kelang, Chennai, Colombo, Damietta, Malta, La Spezia and back to Tilbury. New Zealand is to receive an independent service in future, according to Hapag-Lloyd.
