The mobile app, namely Maximyz Tax Return, is devised to provide an innovation method in the preparation and submission process of the individual tax return application. In this new process, personal information and tax-related documents uploaded via the in-app "File upload facility" are required as the input of the applicant. Based on this information and the uploaded documents, the application is prepared by the registered accountant and to be reviewed by the applicant before lodging directly to the ATO. The mobile app is designed to include the "Contact accountant" chat box to assist in resolving the applicant's tax-related concerns instantly by an online accountant.
