EXPLORATION OF THE «INTEGRATION OF PREVENTION, MEDICAL CARE» IN THE TROOPS WITH THE MILITARY HOSPITALS OF CHINA

In order to put the integration efficacy of the troops' sanitary work with the military hospitals into full play, from 1990, the project of the integration of prevention and medical care in the troops with the hospitals has been carried out in the health care work of CPLA for the increasing need of health care services of the soldiers and officers, and the turning of the medical pattern. Its basic contents is as follows. The functions of prevention and medical care are mixed together, with comprehensive utilizations of various measures, the units of prevention and. medical care at all levels are combined to develop coordinately, they can carry out the multiple service identically. To promote the combination of prevention and treatment and the unity between the hospitals and the troops for bringing the integrated efficacy of the hygiene work into full play to serve the soldiers and officers health better.%A partir de 1990, le projet d'intégration de la prévention et des soins médicaux au sein des troupes avec les hôpitaux a été mis en oeuvre. Les fonctions de médecine préventive et de médecine thérapeutique sont réunies. Leurs unités sont combinées à tous les niveaux, de manière telle qu'elles puissent effectuer des services identiques. La mission confiée aux hôpitaux comprend le conseil en éducation sanitaire, la direction de la médecine préventive et la dispensation des soins cliniques aux malades et blessés, les inspections d'hygiène, la formation technique et les recherches médicales. La mission du personnel sanitaire, aux échelons inférieurs s'adresse aux officiers et soldats dans les centres d'instruction. Elle comprend l'éducation sanitaire, la direction et l'inspection de l'hygiène, des rapports périodiques au commandement, la collecte d'informations médicales et leur échange avec les hôpitaux. Pendant quatre ans, plus de 2.000 groupes de prévention et de soins ont été envoyés chaque année dans les unités d'instruction des Forces armées; le niveau d'instruction en soins primaires a été évalué à 65%.
