摘要

The high-speed railway drivers' job performance directly affects the safe operation of the high-speed railway. With the job satisfaction as mediator, this paper builds the relational model of mental workload and job performance, investigates the impact of mental workload on job performance of the high-speed railway drivers. The results show that the mental workload of high-speed railway drivers negatively affects job performance through the job satisfaction directly, and it will have the great significance for improving the job performance and safety management of the high-speed railway drivers.
