Special Issue on System Dynamics and Other Simulation-Based Approaches for Information Systems

摘要

This special issue of the International Journal of Information Technologies and Systems Approach (IJITSA) aims to help decision-makers understand and anticipate opportunities to deploy information systems (IS) and add business value for organizations in today's competitive environment. Enhancing the knowledge of gaining business value from IS is possible by achieving insights into the complex behavior of the system and the interaction among decision variables. The papers pertain to the development of information systems for bridge networks condition monitoring, emerging health information systems, market dynamics for IT outsourcing operations, project dynamics in large scale software development, and knowledge management in collaborative strategies.
