IDH rethinks IPO

Integrated diagnostics holdings has met With such a strong response locally and in the Gulf that the company is reconsidering the structure of its IPO, prompting a delay. The IPO was due to include a GDR listing in London but this will now be supplemented with a listing on the Egyptian Exchange. Deutsche Bank and EFG Hermes are joint bookrunners, with responsibilities naturally, but not formally, split down international and domestic lines.
