Dnb boligkreditt priced a €1.5bn November 2024 at 9bp through swaps, the tightest ever Norwegian covered bond, just days after SEB sold the joint tightest ever Nordic 10-year. While most issuers in that region have met their funding targets for 2017, the historically tight levels are teasing out opportunistic trades.
