Societe General took advantage of strong market conditions following the French presidential election to price a euro covered bond, its second this year. It sold the €750m eight-year (Aaa/AAA) at 5bp through mid-swaps, now its longest outstanding euro covered. Guidance started at less 2bp area and it drew over €1.6bn in orders from more than 60 accounts.
