A paper-towel distributor did not contributorily in-fringe plaintiff's enMotion trademark for a paper-towel dispenser by selling a different manufacturer's towels knowing that they would be placed in plaintiff's dispens-ers. The district court did not clearly err in finding that the trademark on a dispenser did not indicate the source of the paper towels inside, and that there was no likeli-hood that consumers would be confused and believe that the trademark on a dispenser indicated the source of the towels inside. Industry insiders testified that it was an unobjectionable and common practice to put towels of one brand into the dispenser of a different brand.
