Part 1 included a discussion of the main legal issues in these licenses which generally relate to what is called the "right of publicity." Part 2 covers common defenses to a right of publicity claim. Part 3 will discuss right of publicity claims in digital media and the internet and in relation to employment agreements as well as briefly touch on other related state law claims.
