The Austrian capital market is jointly overseen by the Financial Market Authority (FMA) and the Austrian National Bank (OeNB). The entire process is supervised by the Ministry of Finance and coordinated by the Finance Market Committee, which is made up of one representative each from the Ministry of Finance, the National Bank and the Financial Market Authority.
