Naval Postgraduate School workshop explores emerging technologies

The Naval Postgraduate School hosted a September workshop that explored how emerging technologies could shape a 2035 global conflict. The workshop, titled "Resurrecting War Plan Blue," was held virtually from Sept. 21 to 24. Inside Defense obtained the workshop's final report, which was released Nov. 9. The workshop considered a 2035 conflict scenario where the United States had to quickly mobilize to respond to a "rapidly deteriorating global security environment."
