Organic sweetness from honey and agave

BioFach is an international platform for consumers and suppliers of organic products, Foodstuffs and ingredients build up a major segment of this international organic show, among which snacks, frozen food, chilled food, beverages, dairy and bakery products, dressings, convenience products. Alfred L. Wolff Honey (Germany), BioFach exhibitor, supplies organic sweetness under the form of honey and agave juice, i.e. natural sweeteners from ecological source (*). Organic honey and organic agave syrup have to comply with the strict quality parameters defined by the European Directive EU-Nr.2092/91 on the ecological agriculture.
