The expanding BioFach Exhibition that takes place in Nuremberg (Germany) on a yearly basis reflects the importance of the organic question and puts it on an ethical level that concerns all aspects of our lives. A fascinating phenomenon that goes hand in hand with other ethical subjects such as renew/ability, sustainability, environmental care and fair trade. Organic and natural foodstuffs, ingredients or raw materials are key subjects connected with human nutrition and health. Bee honey and agave syrup are two natural products. One comes from the beehive and the other one from a Mexican wild-growing agave plant. Both have a strong sweetening ability and both are supplied by Alfred L. Wolff GmbH in organic-certified qualities.
