IMCD acquires leading Indonesia food ingredients distributor Alam Subur

IMCD Group, a leading speciality chemicals and food ingredients company, has signed an agreement to acquire all activities of PT Alam Subur Tirta Kencana, a Jakarta-based leading food ingredients distributor. With this acquisition Rotterdam-based IMCD Group also makes its entry into Southeast Asia's largest economy.Under this deal, IMCD will also acquire Alam Subur's affiliated company PT Sapta Permata at Surabaya, Indonesia. As soon as all necessary approvals have been obtained, the transaction will close and all businesses of Alam Subur and Sapta Permata will come under PT IMCD Indonesia.
