IREKS chias up UK bakeries with new POS

The recent launch of IREKS Chia bread mix from leading German baking ingredients manufacturer IREKS has created something of a stir among bakers who ordered the 50 % mix. Bakers were sent recipe leaflets, Chia seed fact sheets and "Open" and "Closed" signs for their bakeries with uptake being strong. 'We were really impressed that so many bakeries see the POS as positive sales aids for their customers" said Maurice van Tongeren, IREKS Head of Sales International. 'We created some colourful pieces for bakers to use, the feedback was that the POS kits really helped brighten up the windows and demand exceeded expectations" added Van Tongeren.
