In 2016, PROVA will celebrate its 70 years. Above all things, the company wishes to honour its unique know-how, embodied by its teams of passionate professionals. During one year, PROVA will wear the special colours of this exceptional anniversary. This year's edition of the FIE will be a great opportunity to organize a major meeting point about the special previews of its 70 years of experience, using the fascinating roads to get back to the very "Roots of Taste". A few years ago, PROVA launched a program based on a simple concept: by getting to know more about local tastes in countries around the world, we become better equipped to create flavours with appealing characteristics. In other words, by taking the "Routes of Taste" we renew ties with the "Roots of Taste." The globalization of the food industry cannot be understated. Food products have become standardized as the food industry has evolved to reach every corner of the globe. But that does not mean that our eating habits and taste preferences are all the same.
