Instant coffee-flavoured drink containing as its basis an extract of cereal coffee or chicory or a mixture of cereal and/or chicory extracts and natural coffee, filler, emulsifier, stabiliser, and other known auxiliary raw materials, is characterised by the presence of micro-capsules of a size of ten to 500 micrometers where the flavouring oil is closed and the walls of the microcapsules are made of a base particle or a medium which is a maltodextrine or a mixture of maltodextrine and Arabic gum.
