Puratos calls on British bakers to submit UK sourdough for inclusion in world's only sourdough library

As the keeper of the only worldwide sourdough library, international bakery ingredients provider and sourdough experts Puratos, is always seeking out new and unusual sourdoughs. There are over 100 sourdoughs in the World Heritage Sourdough Library, based in Belgium - which includes sourdoughs from 18 countries across the globe but currently only two of them are from Britain - which is why Puratos is calling on British bakers to submit their sourdoughs, in this very special and unique facility.
