Accenture's New Spin on Search

I have a confession. No matter how much I swear I won't read about enterprise search, I find myself drawn to it. I jotted down Carl Jung's comment about addiction when I was in college and had only a small hunger for information retrieval: "Every form of addiction is bad, no matter whether the narcotic be alcohol or morphine or idealism." I know search is a deeply flawed science. Although I tried to kick the search habit, I wrote a series of 14 reports for the consulting firm IDC earlier this year.
