テトラチアフルバレン(TTF)とテトラシアノキノジメタン(TCNQ)を電界中で共蒸着し、TTF-TCNQワイヤの成長を大気側からその場観察した.この手法により、従来観測することができなかったTTF-TCNQワイヤの成長過程を視覚的に追跡した.TTF-TCNQ ワイヤは電界が強く、かつ陽極側で成長を開始するまでの時間が短く、また成長速度も速いことを明らかにした.その場観察により得た結果は、従来我々が操喝してきたTTF-TCNQワイヤの成長モデルと整合することを確課した.%In-situ observation of an electric-field assisted growth of tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) - tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) charge-transfer complex was carried out under a thermal equilibrium condition. We found that the TTF-TCNQ wires grown from an anode side and high electric field area efficiently grew. In addition, the growth rate of these wires was the highest. It was confirmed that the observed phenomena were well explained by the growth model which includes the electric field-induced redistribution of spatial density of TCNQ molecules due to a drift motion of TCNQ".
