二出力端を有する60GHz帯帯域阻止形自己注入同期NRDガイドガン発振器の解析

摘要

帯域阻止型自己注入同期NRDガイドガン発振器の位相雑音は反射型自己注入同期NRDガイドガン発振器のそれよりも良好な値を示す事が確認され、その最適設計が行われた。そこで本論文では帯域阻止形自己注入同期NRDガイドガン発振器を基に構成した二出力端を有する帯域阻止形自己注入同期NRDガイドガン発振器のQファクタを大平の理論より導出し、位相雑音を計算した。その結果、二出力端を有する反射型自己注入同期NRDガイドガン発振器と比較して本発振鍬ま高いQファクタを有することが明らかとなった。%It was reported that the band-stop type of self-injection locked NRD guide Gunn oscillator has a good phase noise performance compared with the reflection type. The structure of the band-stop type of self-injection locked NRD guide Gunn oscillator was optimized from the viewpoint of an oscillation frequency, a Q-factor, and the phase noise calculated from the Q-factor. Having this fact in mind, the Q factor of the band stop type of self-injection locked NRD guide Gunn oscillator with two output ports, which consists of a Gunn oscillator with a ceramic resonator and two dielectric wave guide, was calculated based on the Ohira's theory as functions of the distance from the truncated end of the vertical strip line resonator and frequency deviation between the oscillation frequency of the free-running Gunn oscillator and the resonant frequency of the ceramic resonator at 60GHz. And then, the phase noise was evaluated by using the Q-factor. As the results, it is obvious that the oscillation circuit of the band stop type of self-injection locking with two output ports has higher Q factor than that of the reflection type of self-injection locking with two output ports.
