PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability by appropriately linking the opening/closing of the exhaust damper and the operation of the gas turbine in a gas turbine generating system having an exhaust damper.;SOLUTION: In a system comprises: a gas turbine power generator (1) having a gas-turbine engine (11) and a dynamo (13); a generator room (3) for accommodating the gas turbine power generator (1) with a formed exhaust port (23) for exhausting the exhaust gas of the gas turbine engine to the outside; an exhaust damper (5) operable to open/close the exhaust port; an abnormality detection device (7) for detecting abnormality in the generator room; and a control device (9) for controlling operation of the gas turbine generating system (S), the control device (9) includes an exhaust damper control part (43) for closing the exhaust damper (5) when an abnormal state is detected by the abnormality detection device and the rotational speed of the gas turbine engine is equal to or lower than a prescribed value (CV) lower than a rated rotational speed.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
