Measurement of complex permittivity of materials using a monopole antenna

摘要

A method for measuring the complex permittivity of a material using a monopole antenna is presented. To test this technique, the complex permittivities of saline solutions in the frequency range 725-1300 MHz have been measured. The measured data are in good agreement with those obtained by other techniques.
