Teaching for Conceptual Change in Security Awareness

Most participants in security awareness training programs are daily computer users with backgrounds other than technology. Special attention to pedagogy is necessary to effectively deliver course contents to those who are unfamiliar with the technical details of computers, networks, and information systems.
