The Cranet International Research Network on Human Resource Management in retrospect and prospect

摘要

This overarching paper introduces the Cranet Network and the contributions to the Special Issue. It highlights the diverse contributions of this Research Network since its foundation, including theoretical, empirical, pedagogical and practice based contributions and outlines how these have been achieved. Each of the subsequent six papers constituting this special issue of Human Resource Management Review are then introduced.
