摘要

The Saranac Housing Commission (SHC) did not violate plaintiff's First Amendment rights by banning soliciting and political activity on property it owned or operated, held the U.D. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, Southern Division. (La Vean v. Randall, No. 1:04-CV-188, 2005 WL 2405957 (W.D.Mich.), September 29, 2005). Plaintiff Michael Le Vean brought an action against the SHC and its officials, claiming the housing commission violated his First Amendment rights by posting a sign on residential buildings that denied him access to speak to residents and the opportunity to post notices in the buildings.
