In a case of first impression in the federal courts, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Western Division, ruled that the Cincinnati Metropolitan Hous- ing Authority (CMHA) did not discriminate on the basis of race by engaging in occupancy consolidation in public housing.
