Hispanics Have Relatively High Rate of Overcrowding, Study Finds

Housing overcrowding is higher among Hispanics than non-Hispanics, according to a HUD study, though overcrowding overall has been declining. The study also found that while different measures of overcrowding generally produce similar results, the extent of overcrowding among some subpopulations may be overestimated or underestimated, depending on the measure used.
