On May 5, Senate Finance Committee Ranking Member Ron Wyden (D-OR), introduced the "Clean Energy for America Act" to introduce a technology-neutral tax credit for production of clean power and transportation fuels. The bill also would offer performance-based tax incentives for efficient homes and office buildings.
