The company was founded in 2005 by designer Vinnie Rossi who has a passion both for tubes and for 'keeping off the grid'. His marque's portfolio of components all feature power supplies employing on-board LiFePO4 (LFP) rechargeable batteries, designed to obviate the vagaries and noise pollution that plague AC mains.
