The change processes that occur in the emergence from the autistic state in children and adolescents in long-term psychoanalytic treatments, in conjunction with com-plementary therapies, can now be investigated owing to the contribution and pertinence of the analysis and psychoanalytic interpretation of the psychological examination and, in par-ticular, projective tests (Rorschach, CAT,TAT and scenotest). Working out and recording the developmental factors that contribute to the emergence from the autistic state provides an insight into to the paths of identification and thought processes in children and adolescents.%L'investigation des processus de changement qui se déploient dans le dégagement de l'état autistique, chez l'enfant et l'adolescent bénéficiant de cures psychanalytiques au long cours, associées à des traitements complémentaires est devenue possible. Ceci grâce à l'apport et la pertinence de l'analyse et l'interprétation psychanalytique de l'examen psychologique et notamment des épreuves projectives (Rorschach, Cat,Tat, Scéno-test). L'élaboration et le relevé des facteurs d'évolution concourant au dégagement de l'état autistique, permettent d'apprécier l'accès aux voies identificatoires et aux processus de pensée chez l'enfant et l'adolescent.
