A caterer has been fined £3,000, after admitting four food hygiene offences which included storing mozzarella ncheese four years past its use by date. n nVin Sullivan Foods Ltd was prosecuted after trading standards officers carried out a routine inspection at the ncompany's premises in June last year. n nCompany managing director, John Sullivan, 63, appeared at Cwmbran Magistrates’ Court, where he pleaded nguilty on behalf of the company to having food past its use by date and having food on which the use by date had nbeen removed or altered. n nSullivan, of Llangattock Mill Farm, Penpergwm, Abergavenny, also admitted having food which was not marked nwith an appropriate durability indication and having food which did not have a legible durability indication.
