Guidance on Conducting Repeated-dose 90-day Oral Toxicity Study in Rodents on Whole Food/Feed

The Scientific Committee of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) have published Guidance, in the form of na Scientific Opinion, covering the protocols for 90-day whole food/feed studies in rodents. The Guidance is aimed nat applicants submitting dossiers to EFSA, on the conduct and reporting of experiments carried out with whole nfood/feed. It is intended to be consistent with other information published in this area, especially by the nOrganisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and their publication ‘Test guideline 408’ n(TG408).
