A restaurant chain with a base in Bath has been fined more than £10,000 for selling noodles containing peanuts -to a customer who was highly allergic.After just one mouthful a diner who ordered food from a Koh (UK) Ltd Thai restaurant realised something waswrong.A court heard how a takeaway order - that included the information that the customer had a nut allergy - left themsuffering from stomach pain, as well as swelling to the lips and tongue.
