Equipped with a clincher, the S-C85 seamer is specially designed to seal irregular cans under vacuum. The filled can is fed forward through a timing screw and a turret to meet with end. A clinching chuck and two clinching rollers push food down and the clip end and can body together. The clinched can is then carried by a turret and chain to enter a pocket of vacuum turret, which has eight pockets, in the vacuum seaming station. A lifter plate lift can up into vacuum chamber, where four seaming rollers undertake the seaming operation.
