Approved by the USDA dairy division, the Affinity dicer from Urschel was designed to high sanitary standards. To eliminate the possibility of cross contamination, the contact/cutting zone and mechanical zone are separate. The hinged swingaway panels and sloped surfaces simplify washdown procedures and the rounded tube frames deter bacterial growth. The cavity is stainless steel including Ra 32 stainless surface finish on all components within the product contact/cutting zone.
