摘要

A determination method has been developed for azoxystrobin in tea by HPLC. Azoxystrobin was extracted from a sample with acetone, and the extract was passed through An alumina column to remove tannin. The eluate was concentrated to ca. 25mL and passed through a Sep-Pak Vac tC18 to remove pigments. The eluate was cleaned-up by using liquid- liquid partition, and Florisil and silica-gel columns.
