Bob's Red Mill rolls out gluten-free pie crust

A gluten- free pie crust mix debuts from Bob's Red Mill Natural Foods, maker of more than 80 gluten-free mixes, flours, cereals and whole grains. A 16-oz bag of the mix, with butter and water added, yields two 9-inch crusts. "We strive to provide our customers with a wide range of safe and delicious gluten-free options, from whole grains to flours to cereals," said Matthew Cox, marketing director at Bob's Red Mill.
